Lis Baccigaluppi, Consultant Lis Baccigaluppi has a BS with honors from Lewis and Clark College and an MFA from the Univeristy of Arizona. Lis was a college English teacher before becoming a computer trainer. At Productivity Point International, Lis trained users on a variety of software programs. When Productivity Point closed its doors in Portland, Lis went to work for the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office where she applied her programming skills full-time to database and development projects.

In addition to her consulting work for TechKnowSolve, Lis occasionally teaches computer programming and database classes for Portland Community College, including SQL Server Administration and ASP.NET programming. Lis holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified DataBase Administrator, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Microsoft Office User Expert.
 
  Mary Delamater, Consultant Mary Delamater has a BA with high honors from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho. Mary came to TechKnowSolve via work as a mental health counselor and then as a trainer at the Portland Dept of Veterans Affairs regional office. Mary brings to TechKnowSolve excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Mary is a Microsoft Certified Professional with a focus on web programming and query design.

TechKnowSolve is a Microsoft Certified Partner, specializing in Data Management Solutions and Business Intelligence. TechKnowSolve is also a TACS-Qualified Consultancy and part of the Information Technology Consulting Group at TACS (Technical Assistance for Community Services.). In addition, TechKnowSolve is a member of the Oregon Computer Consultants Association (Lis is the former Vice-President of the OCCA) and the Portland Access User Group (PAUG).
