TechKnowSolve has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive to all my questions.
Lis set the tone by returning my first phone call when she was heading out of town for a few days.
She struck me as a very responsible person, wanting to let me know that they were interested in
whatever work I needed done and not wanting me to wait until the following week for a return call.
That was BIG points in my book.
Lis and Mary have offered information that assisted in helping me in other matters outside the
scope of our consulting agreement. They were timely, ahead of schedule and the end product (at this point)
was better than what I imagined. Cost, schedule and performance was exceeded!

Lis
is easy to work with, asks the right questions to find out
your needs, presents different options for solving problems so
you can weigh the monetary cost versus the practical benefit.
My computer knowledge is limited and Lis was patient and
willing to clarify confusing areas. Throughout the process, I

I am a novice in the use of a database.
My lack of knowledge prevented me from even asking questions about a database.
Having someone on the front end to throw out questions about what is needed in a database is really helpful.
